
As I was walking in this path and the soft wind blowing against my face all I could feel was the peacefulness of the atmosphere being able to connect with nature is the kind of feeling I want all the time ..
I remember my friend who was walking beside me just enjoying the atmosphere and all he would say was ” can you feel how peaceful it is” and he could take deep breathes clearly savoring the moment.
I thought to myself that is how life should be -sometimes all we need to do is just breath, and the things around us will feel peaceful.
Here are somethings you can do to create a peaceful environment around you:
1.Go for nature walks
Nature walks are therapeutic they help you connect with yourself and helps you disconnect from stress . Whether alone or with friends experiencing a different environment can bring calm.
2.Engange in recreation activities.
Do things that bring you joy .These activities help you de-stress and enjoy your environment more . For example.. I love dancing which makes me happy and improves my mood.
3.Practice Forgiveness
Forgiveness is a gift you give yourselves .When you forgive people it’s more for your own peace than theirs.It helps reduces feelings of anxiety and keeps your mind at peace.Letting go can lead to a more peaceful state of mind.
This are just a few things I do personally to create a peaceful environment around me but would love to hear from you what you do feel peaceful.🍃
