Happy New year,
I know we are almost at the end of January, but decided to pop in here and get to know if you stepped into the New Year New Me challenge. For me am just building on last year’s habits that I built and adopting new ones that will help me get better in 2025.
I know there is the pressure to become a whole new person but am just slowing it down into years to ensure I stay true to myself and not try to build a new person and forget the things that bring me joy and offer growth. But don’t get me wrong am not saying it’s not okay to want to be a whole new personality but all am trying to say is that just take your time and reflect on who you are and the person you want to become and decide on the habits you will need to adopt to become a better version of yourself.
Have you set your 2025 goals yet? Personally, I have and I have classified them into four categories that are;
-Physical fitness
-Spiritual health
-Mental health
-Work
This is to ensure I have a clear goal of what I want to achieve at the end of the year. I am big on small habits and making small improvements every day. 2024 was all about consistency, which I was able to achieve. In 2025, I want to build on that and go above and beyond and push myself a bit harder. Discipline over motivation.
I wish you all the best in this year it is another opportunity to become better and have renewed hope.
