I know waking up early every morning can be challenging, but having a routine makes it easy, as you have plans for how you wish your morning to look like.

Here I am sharing my morning routine that I have consistently used for the last 4 months and it has completely changed my life, in timestamps;

4:30 am – wake up and have take some time to read the Bible and pray

5:00 am – Do a 45 minutes workout

5:45 am – have my breakfast while listening to a podcast

6:00 am – take a shower

6:30 am -leave for work

This is the morning routine that I have been diligently following for the last four months, and it has completely changed my life. It has greatly improved my mental health it gives me time for myself before the rush of the day starts. It has enabled me to be consistent in making sure I am self-disciplined and clear on what I want to achieve at the end of the period. I have seen great improvement in my schoolwork and my job. My concentration span has also improved immensely.

I would recommend waking up early for it has completely changed my life and it can yours too.
