How often do you walk or run?

I walk everyday,  especially on my way to work. While I use public transport like the bus there is a part I cover by foot.

Karura forest nature trail.

I also enjoy long purposeful walks- especially  through the nearby forest. Walking in the nature trails and getting to spend some time in nature  fuels my soul and gives me a sense of relaxation. I try to  do this at least once a month.

Running, on the other hand, is something I rarely do.
