
A you having difficulty drinking water everyday ? As we all know the doctors recommend atleast eight glasses a day which is just a guideline .I know from past experience how this can be tricky .Well this is achievable and easy .I adopted the following habits to help me drink more water to keep my body hydrated .
Five habits to help you drink more water during the day:
-Drink a glass of water immediately you wake up before eating anything .Drinking water immediately you wake up helps clean the body and awaken body organs .
– Before the next meal make sure you have atleast two glass of water .
– Drink water before you sleep this is so important
-Having a bottle full of water in your bag, car or office this will motivate you to drink more water.
May be you are asking yourself why should I drink water ,How is it of benefit to my body ?Well water is important to your body in the following ways:
–Improves heart health
-Regulates body temperature
-Flushes out toxins
-Helps maintain blood pressure
-Improve brain activity
– Weight loss ,replacing water in the place of sodas may help one lose weight.
The amount of water you consume in a day depends on the climate you live in and the activity you partake during the day .Those who live in very hot areas consume more water .
Habit of drinking water is one thing that is overlooked by people .I hope this will encourage you to develop a habit of drinking water regulary.Drinking water is one of the means of staying healthy and living healthy too.
