
One of the things I used to think was so hard to adapt was living an active life. I desired to but I had so many excuses, I don’t have time, I don’t have money to pay for gym membership, I don’t have a trainer, It’s too hard for me and so many other excuses. What I didn’t know that living a physically active life was the easiest thing to do. I know most of you can relate to this and you even don’t know where to start some tips to help you get started:
Tip 1: Hobbies
Going to a gym for one hour might not be your thing find something you love to keep you active .You can just wake up go for a run or a jog each morning . You can also opt to walk to a job if not far instead of taking a motorcycle or a matatu. Opt for the stairs instead of the lift. Find new hobbies like swimming, riding bicycles or hiking.
Tip 2:Less might be much
You might be thinking that waking up early is too difficult for you but and you don’t have enough time but trust me no one lacks 10 minutes a day . You don’t need 1 hour of working out you can choose just 10 minutes a day and will make a huge difference. I promise you won’t regret it .Your body will thank you later. Smile 😉
Tip 3:You don’t have equipments no problem!
If you are doing this to be physically fit and not necessarlily to lose weight then you don’t need any equipment. You can engange in a cardio in your room or if you enjoy walking,running or jogging you can opt for that.
Tip 4: You only need to do this three times a week or twice
I used to find it hard working out for a whole week I thought it was tiring. I decided to start small with twice a week until I grew stronger and I could comfortablely go for a week .I challenge you today start small .
Tip 4: Just start !
Just go for it .Think of activities you are comfortable doing and start doing them even if it’s right now. There will never be a perfect time to start something so do it at the moment you have the thought of doing it and don’t forget to be consistent in everything you do .The way you start today it’s not the way you will be tomorrow each day you become a better person and grow stronger.

I hope I have helped and motivated you to start your way to being physically active. Also exercises have helped me to have energy during the day and be alert .Before you start it’s good for you to consult your doctor to know if you are good to go .Don’t forget a healthy life is a wealthy life.
